Issaquah Highlands
- Eventually, the Issaquah Highlands will be host to 3200-4000 homes, including a wide variety of apartments, condominiums and single family homes. The neighborhood already features an elementary school, park & ride, a number of parks, retail stores and restaurants. A major shopping center is in the works.
Klahanie
- Klahanie is a 900-acre master planned community located on the Sammamish Plateau in Issaquah, Washington. Klahanie opened in May 1985 and was completed in 1998. The neighborhood features a mix of apartments, condominiums and single family homes in addition to a shopping center.
Talus
- Dubbed an "urban village mountain retreat", Talus is tucked into Cougar Mountain, just minutes from downtown Issaquah and I-90. The neigbhorhood features miles of trails along with a mix of apartments, condominiums and single family homes in addition to a spectacular retirement community. I am proud to call Talus home!
